If lift not available Extra Charges for Labour charges will apply.
→ 2nd level (no lift) $30
→ 3rd level (no lift) $50
→ 4th level (no lift) $70
→ Delivery to Sentosa, and Changi Airport $30 per trip additional
→ No delivery to Jurong Island
Extra large and overweight items will incur additional fees

If the order is cancelled before the delivery of the goods, 5% total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee..
Pre order 10% total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the order is cancelled due to customer reasons during project delivery, a shipping fee of $30 will be charged+ 5% total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
